ZP utilizes Brightwheel for billing, communication and online registration. If you have more than one child enrolled in the school, only one brightwheel account is needed. Each child will have their own profile.

Submit your child’s first month’s tuition fee via your Brightwheel Account, post-registration. Please note that this is a refundable fee if the student withdraws prior to July 1, 2026. Withdrawals after July 1st will forfeit this fee. Returning students will have this fee billed through Brightwheel in May once your 2025-26 account is fulfilled.

Submit proof of the student’s immunization record from your child’s pediatrician by August 31st. We do not accept immunization waivers.

If your child must withdraw, we would appreciate being notified as soon as possible. Usually, there are other children on a waitlist who would appreciate being offered a spot. It is always our goal to service as many students as possible so that they can begin their educational foundation. If it is necessary to withdraw your child, you should do so via email or phone call prior to July 1st. September’s tuition is refundable up to this date.

Students registered in our Preschool Program or Transitional Program are eligible to attend our Summer Skills Sessions held one week in each of June, July, and August. Look for this information as Summer approaches.

We will hold a Parent Orientation one evening in August before the start of the school year. This evening is designed to answer all of your questions about the upcoming school year. Dates for this and the student orientation will be emailed to you as they approach but are also available in the Student Resources portion of this website.

Students will be invited to attend an Open Classroom Visitation prior to the start of the school year. This will help them be more comfortable in the classroom, meet the teachers, and get excited about the upcoming year. This will also be held in late August.
